Requirement Gathering & Analysis
In this phase, I work with the client to understand their business goals, target audience, and desired features for the website.
I gather both functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring all technical specifications, design preferences, and potential challenges are identified.
The goal is to create a clear plan and shared understanding that sets the stage for the development process.
Planning & Tool/Platform Selection
In this phase, I determine the best approach for the project, identifying the right tools and platforms to meet the client’s needs.
For WordPress projects, I evaluate the most suitable themes, plugins, and custom functionalities that align with the website’s goals. I also plan the website's structure, including navigation, page layouts, and essential features.
The focus is on selecting tools that ensure flexibility, scalability, and performance while keeping future maintenance in mind.
Design & Development
During this phase, I focus on creating a visually appealing and user-friendly website design that aligns with the client’s branding and goals.
Using WordPress, I customize themes, create layouts, and implement design elements like typography, images, and colors. In development, I code custom functionalities, ensuring the website works seamlessly across devices. I integrate necessary plugins, optimize the site for performance, and ensure that all design elements are fully responsive.
Throughout the process, I emphasize usability, speed, and a smooth user experience.
Testing & Quality Checking
In this phase, I thoroughly test the website across different browsers and devices to ensure compatibility. I check for any bugs, broken links, or performance issues and fix them.
Additionally, I verify that all functionalities work as expected, ensuring a smooth user experience.
Finally, I conduct speed and security checks to ensure optimal site performance.
Deployment & Launch
Once the website has passed all tests, I prepare it for launch. This involves setting up the live environment, transferring files, and ensuring all configurations are in place.
I also perform a final review to ensure everything is functioning properly before making the site publicly accessible.
Once launched, I monitor the website for any immediate issues and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Maintenance & Client Support
After the website is live, I provide ongoing maintenance to ensure it remains secure, up-to-date, and performs well.
This includes regular updates to plugins, themes, and the platform itself, as well as troubleshooting any issues that arise. I also offer client support, addressing any requests for changes, updates, or new features, ensuring the website continues to meet the client’s evolving needs.
